This Valentine’s Day, Teddy & the Bully Bar invites guests to treat themselves and their significant other to a special four-course Chef’s Tasting Menu curated by Food Network Chopped Champion and PRG Corporate Executive Chef Demetrio Zavala.
The $70 four-course menu and $35 optional wine pairing will be offered on Wednesday, February 14th, and Thursday, February 15th. Special for Wednesday night only, Teddy & the Bully Bar will have a Valentine’s Day photo booth set up, free of charge, for guests to document the romantic evening.
The locally sourced and unique menu features Duck Au Poivre, striped bass, and filet & whey short rib. Vegetarian options include burrata salad, shaved cauliflower salad, and sweet dumpling squash cavatelli. And it wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day without some decadent desserts, this year Teddy & the Bully Bar offers a kabocha cheesecake or red wine apples with a white chocolate-olive oil mousse.
Tax and gratuity are not included in the tasting menu pricing. The regular dinner will also be available on these evenings. For guests who can’t celebrate on February 14th or 15th, Teddy & the Bully Bar will offer nightly specials on Friday, February 16th and Saturday, February 17th along with the regular dinner menu.
