The weather might not be screaming springtime in DC but the official start of spring is Tuesday, March 20th, and Teddy & the Bully Bar is ready to debut their spring menus.
Starting Saturday, March 17th Teddy & the Bully Bar will begin serving their spring dinner menu curated by Chopped Champion and Corporate Executive Chef Demetrio Zavala. The new menu features some of Chef Zavala’s favorite local spring ingredients including asparagus, carrots, and peas.
Guests will not want to miss the Lobster & Spring Pea Risotto with charred ramps, leeks, parmesan, and fine herbs. Or the Lamb Chops complete with white bean puree, cipollini onion, rhubarb chutney, mint persillade, and raclette croquette.
Then on Monday, March 19th our new lunch menus will have you wanting to take an extra long lunch.
From health-conscious to indulgent there’s something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. Some new dishes include the Crab & Butter Wedge Salad, Asparagus & Prosciutto Pizza, and the Miso Grilled Tuna Sandwich.
