We are so excited to share with everyone our brand new Summer Lunch & Dinner menus! As you know, we source the finest ingredients each season from local & regional farms and producers to create our high quality dishes.
Chef Demetrio Zavala’s favorite Summer ingredients include peaches, eggplant, melons, radishes & tomatoes. You’ll find those in our salads, soups and pizzas, as well as featured in our familiar dishes. Pictured above is our Pickled Summer Peach Salad, with Feta Cheese, Green Beans, Radish, Watercress, and Roasted Corn Vinaigrette.
Stay cool with our Cantaloupe Gazpacho – served cold, as done so when it originated in Spain. It’s a perfect starter to enjoy on our patio during these hot summer days, but equally tasty indoors in our airy dining room!
One favorite among our staff was the Grilled Figs! They come with Vanilla Poppy Seed Mascarpone and Summer Truffle Honey. It’s a sweet starter dish that balances out nicely with our savory plates! Figs are a great source of dietary fiber, and they’re just $6!
Entrees include our Lemon Brined Fried Chicken which comes with a corn bread puree, jalapeno honey, and wilted greens.
Familiar dishes remain on the menu with slight adjustments, to make them light and refreshing for Summer! Our scallops now come with Bacon Nduja, Stone Fruit, Frisse, and Citrus Pickled Green Tomatoes.
