Teddy & The Bully Bar, a unique farm-to-table restaurant in DC’s Dupont Circle, is so pleased to bring you farm-to-table dining sourced from local farmers during Peach & Watermelon Month: August 2016!

YUM: our Roasted Peaches dish is made with the seasonal best from our region’s farmers & purveyors: bleu cheese funnel cake (yes, funnel cake!), aged balsamic vinegar, and corn powder. Seasonal farm-to-table dining at its best with summer fruit and fare.

Our bestselling Brussels Sprouts dish is changed up for peach & watermelon month: Executive Chef Demetrio Zavala has added pistachio honey vinaigrette, roasted peaches and basil crema.

Our delectable Charred Octopus is so fresh: sofrito lentils, salsa verde compressed watermelon, and jalapeno vinaigrette, our Watermelon & Cucumber with bacon oil, balsamic onions, tomato water, and blue cheese vinaigrette.

Entrees include our NY Strip with feta cheese funnel cake, watermelon romesco and pickled shallots & Lavender Spiced Duck made with pickled peaches, coffee corn puree, barley, and mole jus.

Watermelon Consommé or Peach “Mel”ba made with Spiced Pound Cake, Peach Compote, Pistachio Meringue, and Raspberry Sorbet.
