Exciting News: Teddy & The Bully Bar announces our choice for Executive Chef, Michael Hartzer!

Previously of Jack Rose, Citronelle and IndeBleu, Executive Chef Michael Hartzer’s strong foundation in the classic techniques of European cuisine coupled with a love of spices and hearty game set the tone for the robust menu at Teddy & the Bully Bar.

It was at an early age that Chef Hartzer began to build the foundation of what would become the core of his influences: his first job was at a small Italian cafe in the Midwest, when he was 15. When he relocated with his family to New Mexico, he continued cooking in Italian restaurants while also submerging himself in regional Southwestern and Californian cuisine. Read more… (Full Bio)
