The WP disclosed that the Academy Award winning actor (and everyone’s favorite movie voice) ordered the lobster chowder and lobster deviled eggs for lunch. Yum!

Later in the evening, WUSA 9 reported on Freeman’s dinner with President Obama. What a Presidential day! See WUSA 9’s news clip here.

Next time you visit DC, get a great meal. Those entertaining friends, family and clients from out of town trust Teddy & The Bully Bar to create a remarkable dining experience. We provide one of the most memorable things to do in DC (after sightseeing and touring the monuments) both for out-of-towners and for residents of DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Teddy & The Bully Bar in DC’s Dupont Circle showcases culinary creativity with ingredients supplied by local farmers, daily seafood catches by local fishermen, and artisanal meat from ranchers around the region. We are an homage to Theodore Roosevelt’s masculine persona and era in history. Our interior decor includes interesting details like our monocle chandelier, Mount Rushmore wall and aspen diorama (a nod to Teddy’s conservationist legacy). It creates a stunning backdrop to our Private Events and sparks conversation for patrons young and old.

If you love food, history and supporting local farmers throughout Delmarva, make your reservation for lunch or dinner at Teddy & The Bully Bar. Or, join us for one of the best happy hours in DC! Call (202)872-8700 or book via OpenTable today.
